Patrick is back for his 8th season coaching Wootton S&D and his 2nd season as Head Coach, after serving as Co-Head Coach for the previous two seasons.
Growing up, Patrick swam for the Wildwood Manor Wombats in MCSL for 11 summers and has spent the last 13 years as an assistant coach for the Wombats.
Patrick is proud to be part of the Wootton Swim and Dive community and to continue helping it grow. He hopes that through Wootton S&D, team members learn to embrace competition, be good teammates, and build lifelong friendships.
Patrick’s favorite Wootton moments include winning the County Championship in 2023, the boys team finishing as State Runner-Up in 2024, and both the boys and girls teams upsetting Poolesville in last year’s dual meet—a win that took a true team effort.
Outside of coaching, Patrick works in Finance at The MITRE Corporation, enjoys running (Cabin John Park is his favorite running spot), and is a diehard D.C. and UMD sports fan.
