Hi Parents,

First, I’d like to introduce our awesome Team Parent Rep Debora Brakarz, who is back for another season with us. Debora helps coordinate our volunteers on meet day, and will also help with some of the behind the scenes items like Senior Gifts and the Banquet. She will help me pass down information to the parents throughout the season. You will hear from Debora regularly, and she might reach out asking for your assistance if volunteer roles are unfilled in the days leading up to a meet. 

With our first meet right coming up this Saturday, I want to ask for all of your help this season filling our volunteer roles.Thanks to everyone who has already signed up to help this Saturday’s meet. Our meets are entirely run by parent volunteers, so we need all of your collective help to make sure our meets go off without a hitch, so that our athletes can shine. We are requiring each family to help out at least 2 meets this season. If everyone pitches in a little, we should be able to cover all of our meets. 

If you click on each meet page, you should be able to view the open volunteer “Jobs” and signup to help. Job signup for all meets is open at this time. Starter/Ref/Stroke and Turn/Dive Judge all require prior experience and certifications, so only signup for those if you are experienced. The timing and dive table worker roles require no prior experience, so anyone can fill those roles.
