Regular Practice week: Tu/Wed for swim, Wed/Th (or Friday) for dive.

Scrimmage Meet: Saturday (1/24) vs WJ, 9:15am at Olney. We will honor our large senior class for Senior Day and celebrate their contributions to the program the last 4 years!

Important Notes:

1. Because this meet is a scrimmage, if you have an individual event or two to request, please make a note under your swimtopia availability by Tuesday night. I will do my best to give people their requests when possible. Our top kids who are going to swim the full postseason slate will likely only swim a relay or two to rest up and give some others a chance at individual swims.
2. If you have a Metros cut and you did not swim Metros last year, please send me your USA Swim Member ID so I can load it into your profile for the postseason.
